Artist Bio
Lauren Kim is a Korean American visual artist and designer, focusing on work that explores personal identities and interests. She works at the intersections of art and design through the exploration of materials, textures, and colors—both traditionally and digitally. Most of Lauren’s recent visual art projects serve to be exploratory, as she is excitedly integrating her multimedia art practice into her digital-focused works of graphic and UX/UI design projects. Lauren attended high school at Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) for the Visual Arts conservatory and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art Practice and Media Studies (Graphic Studies Concentration) at University of California, Berkeley.
